Accordingly, Onza acts strictly in a distribution and facilitation capacity and does not provide investment advisory, portfolio design, wealth planning, research, tax or estate planning services. Onza's role is limited to facilitating investor access to mutual funds managed by SEBI-registered Asset Management Companies, PMS products managed by SEBI-registered Portfolio Managers and AIFs managed by SEBI-registered AIF Managers. All investment decisions, portfolio management, asset allocationand advisory activity are performed solely by these respective regulated entities based on their own documented processes and regulatory obligations.

Product selection facilitated by Onza is based on client-stated objectives; however, Onza does not undertake any independent suitability analysis or personalized investment advice and is not responsible for any investment outcomes resulting from product selections made by clients.

Onza receives commissions from product providers including Asset Management Companies, Portfolio Managers and AIF Managers for the distribution of their respective products. These commissions are not charged directly to the investor but are paid out of product expense ratios or contractual commission arrangements and may result in actual or perceived conflicts of interest. Onza seeks to mitigate such conflicts by following SEBI and AMFI guidelines, making full disclosures and providing information about commission structures upon request. Investors are also advised that mutual fund Direct Plans are available for investors wishing to invest without distributor commission.
